(Calcareous) 🗺: Motolla - Puglia. Alt: <300m. 🌦: Warm days + mediterrainean breeze. Harvest: August/September (manual). Fermentation: Spontaneous. Aging: 6 months in steel. Filtered: ❌ Clarified: ❌ Sulphites: (natural) <20mg/L. Alcohol: 9,5% Organic - Handpicked - Spontan fermentation Drunk @ Pietra Bistrot, Via Re Manfredi 19, Bari
