Bar Caviste
Truly this Roditis may be your best introduction to "Orange wines". Different and distinctive, but not difficult or strange, with aromas of peel, some oxidative elements such as nuts and umami and excess salt, it's the texture and flavour that really elevate it. Rich, flavoursome, ripe but with balanced acidity and that "bite", mild in this case, of tannin that is reminiscent of red wine. An excellent expression of this particular style.
