Our grapes still come from top vineyards, but pressing, fermentation and aging now happen in our own cellar. No additives – just wild fermentation and pure craftsmanship, right here in the capital.
In September 2024, we pressed our first grapes right here in Berlin. By summer 2025, these wines will be ready to bottle.
With our new Urban Winery, we want to make winemaking more transparent and share the magic behind good wine – from the ground to the glass.
