My best Riesling, my "Grand Cru". 24 hours on the skins, then a long ageing in old wood. Depth and precision, calm in the glass at 12%. Officially a Landwein, because I let it settle naturally instead of filtering. Only 990 bottles. Take a big glass, serve it at 9 to 12 °C and give it plenty of time.
