About
50% Chardonnay, 50% Pinot Blanc – grown on weathered porphyry, a volcanic bedrock that lends both energy and mineral depth. While the Pinot Blanc brings freshness and aromas of yellow stone fruits and subtle herbs, the Chardonnay adds structure, backbone, and a distinctive salty edge. Both varieties were directly pressed, spontaneously fermented, and aged for 12 months on full lees in used French oak barrels. Bottled unfiltered in August 2024 with minimal sulfur. A wine of cool precision, mineral tension, and quiet confidence.
