I come from a city that doesn't exist and, after a few detours, now live on the Moselle and do organic and natural wines since 2017. I have almost no machines and do everything by hand or with my small group of sheep. I'm also the founder of the first community supported agriculture (CSA) for wine at the Mosel. All my wines are made without anything except love and patience and fantastic people who helping me. I'm using old barrels and inox. My wine are "glou glou plus" cause if you want there is always more to discover depending on your mood. Currently I do 1,5 ha almost everything on slate and steep slopes. I have vineyards in Kröv, Traben-Trarbach, Burg, Noviand and Piesport. I do red, rosé and white wine and also experimenting with hybrids to be even more sustainable.
