We craft natural wines following traditional Imeretian methods, which involve macerating 15-30% of grape skins during the winemaking process. Our wines are made in qvevris, traditional clay vessels buried underground, and are left unfiltered to preserve their natural character.
Currently, our winery produces around 3,000 bottles of wine annually.
