All the work is done by hand. They passed on their passion to their son Guy, who developed the estate alongside his wife Michèle. After a two-year apprenticeship with various French and international winemakers, Thomas took over the reins of the winery in 2006. Drawing on his experience and the people he met, he redefined the wines and has used no additives in his winemaking for over 15 years. In 2020, his wife Sophie joined him at the estate and turned to wine tourism to share their passion and philosophy. As fervent advocates of good food and drink, and committed to preserving this rich heritage, we are reintroducing old, so-called "forgotten" grape varieties. Today, we produce 13 "natural" wines under the Beaumes de Venise, Ventoux, and Côtes du Rhône appellations. Full of ideas, we work with conviction and high standards to offer you vibrant, expressive wines that bring you pleasure.
