It is a land blessed by a microclimate and swept by light maritime influences.
An estate of 13.5 hectares, of which 10.5 hectares are in production. It is mainly planted with old vines which draw water from deep underground, naturally present in a soil made of schist sands traversed by veins of quartz in Grimaud, and in a soil of sands and clay-limestone in Ramatuelle.
It is therefore a grape that carries the minerality and freshness that form the identity of Clos des B.
