The estate currently covers 3 hectares and produces artisanal wines without appellation as naturally as possible.
Our commitment to nature and living things has guided us from the outset towards a conversion to organic farming, but we are taking this logic further by developing an agroecological approach in the vineyards and an approach without inputs in the cellar.
All the wines are in AB conversion, made from hand-harvested and sorted grapes, vinified with indigenous yeasts and without additives except for low doses of sulfites.
