The work is mainly done by two people, with a lot of tasks done by hand. The vines are managed organically/biodynamically, with sheep grazing in the plots. The grape varieties are Cabernet Franc, Grolleau Noir, Chenin, Grolleau Gris, and a few Gamay vines.
For the cellar, tasting is essential, and determines the blends that will be made.
No rose wines at the moment.
