Following my studies in BTSA viti-oeno and a wine trade license in Montpellier, I started the activity in 2017 alongside my job at the Les Eminades estate, with a half-hectare plot of old Carignan. I do all the work by hand except since this year, since I got an old tractor for tillage. Having always been convinced by the impact of humans on the environment, I immediately turned to organic farming. For lack of information, I have only requested certification since 2021. I then acquired a Muscat (2020) to make a maceration white and in 2021 a Grenache. The "domain" is being built little by little but the objective is to continue to grow slowly but surely.
