We have been producing wines on 5 hectares since 2020, primarily from grape varieties that have shaped the region's history: Carignan, Aramon, Alicante, Grenache… We work naturally in the vineyard (organic farming, use of liquid manure and decoctions, hand-harvesting…) and in the cellar (indigenous yeasts, no additives…). Our aim is to offer enjoyable, elegant, and typical wines, and to improve the microbiological environment of the plots and soils. Visits are possible year-round.
