Our 3.5 hectares of vines grow on clay-limestone and rocky soil and are not irrigated.
We cultivate different grape varieties: Macabeu, Marsanne and Roussanne for white wines, Carignan, Grenache gris and noir, Mourvèdre, Syrah and Merlot for reds, Merlot also in rosé.
Our production is very little mechanized because we work with respect for the soil and biodiversity according to the biodynamic calendar. We limit ourselves to one tractor pass per year to avoid compacting the soil, everything else is done by hand: clearing, pruning, passing plant preparations, harvesting, pressing for small harvests, bottling, labeling and putting into boxes!
Furthermore, there are no synthetic inputs in the vineyard or the cellar. We use our own compost and make our own biodynamic plant preparations to strengthen the vines. There has been no sulfur or copper in our vineyards since 2000, and no sulfites have been added to our wines since 2010. Only indigenous yeasts are used during the vinification and aging phases.
Our wines are unfined and unfiltered and only pass through a pump twice in their life, which we have chosen to be the gentlest possible.
And with all this good care, our wines keep perfectly, which allows us to offer you vintages from 2000 to today!
