To work the vines sustainably, respecting Nature in its entirety, to produce pure and distinctive wines that reveal the majestic landscapes of the Pyrenean foothills, our native land.

These ideas guided our move to the hills above Limoux (Aude) at the end of 2018. After pursuing careers in the press (journalism and distribution), we found 6.5 hectares of vines divided into six plots, each with its own distinct character. We take meticulous care of them, harvesting by hand and vinifying as naturally as possible, guided by biodynamic principles.
