Pierre & Antonin - Pierre Caizergues & Antonin Bonnet
It all started on July 4, 2010, in a wine bar in Brooklyn. Pierre and Antonin, two guys from Languedoc, were putting the world to rights over a glass of wine: the South, wine, the future, the desire to do things differently.
A few years later, they joined forces. In 2020, Pierre & Antonin was born : a free, creative, sincere and committed house, located in Montréal d'Aude, on a small 4ha estate.
Their approach is based on:
-
Resistant grape varieties (naturally resistant to downy mildew and powdery mildew) require even fewer treatments than organic viticulture. They offer a concrete and sustainable alternative in the face of climate challenges!
-
Natural winemaking , without additives or sulfites, using indigenous yeasts.
-
Eco-designed packaging with lightweight bottles, cork stoppers from Roussillon, wax instead of aluminum capsules and alternative paper labels.
Their goal: to make natural wines that are accessible in taste and affordable in price.
