The vines are planted between 240 and 400 meters above sea level on granitic soils, primarily sandy-loam. The lowest-lying plots of the estate border the Lot River and benefit from its influence. Water and the confluence of the rivers play a vital role in the cultivation of our vines, which I strive to vinify each year in the purest way possible. The winemaking history of this region demonstrates the richness of these terroirs, which have practically disappeared today.
