The vines and olive trees are cultivated organically with the goal of converting them to biodynamic farming by 2018. Products such as copper and sulfur are used judiciously through carefully managed treatment frequencies, application rates, and product application. The aim is to preserve the soil's microbiological activity and beneficial insects, to which we pay particular attention. In a commitment to quality and respect for the plants, almost all work is done by hand. This also allows us to limit our carbon footprint. The vineyards are naturally grassed thanks to the flora present on the plots, in order to minimize soil erosion and promote the formation of organic matter, an essential element for soil fertility. The farm is committed to sustainable agriculture through the use of various farming practices, including organic, biodynamic, and agroforestry methods. Following the same principles as in the vineyards, in the cellar the wines are made using indigenous yeasts, meaning the yeasts naturally present on the grape skins, so that the wines best express their terroir. Furthermore, the wines are neither fined nor filtered, and oenological interventions are limited to offer a fruity, healthy, and easy-to-digest product.
