La Revanche-Avec Fracas, a single entity which brings together two estates, 3 hectares of vines managed using organic farming in the arid and remote territories of the Corbières.

Lise and Nina are two winemakers who jointly take charge of all the stages, from the first bud to the last drop. Determined, in this increasingly difficult and precious terroir, they like to say that they make "the last wines of Corbières". The winemakers claim a natural wine, without any inputs or technological processes. It is the grape at the time of the harvest that decides the vinification process, they can offer direct presses as well as macerations in whole harvests, sometimes even blending the two.

These activists are taking their revenge on a world mainly dominated by men, in search of a lost peasant know-how, close and respectful of the living, not without difficulty and with noise, on the rock of this land.

But take a stroll over there, you might hear between two gusts of wind, bursts of laughter and/or rage, always complicit, emerging from their vines.
