Before starting her own business, Muriel worked as a manager and oenologist at Domaine de Sauzet, located in the Hérault region and converted to organic viticulture. She also strives for natural and biodynamic vineyard management, respecting nature and living organisms without the addition of any sulfur. The terroir is predominantly clay-limestone, ideal for producing wines with aging potential.
Muriel has chosen to work with several grape varieties: Cabernet Franc, Merlot, Tannat, Abouriou, and Syrah for the reds, and Sauvignon Blanc and Chardonnay for the whites. For aging, our winemaker is testing different containers, such as amphorae and ovoid-shaped concrete tanks.
