Domaine de Mathalis - Lisa Cipolla & Mathieu Wild

We are Matthieu and Lisa, a duo driven by a shared passion for wine. Established in 2024, our estate spans 4 hectares in the Côtes du Rhône and Lirac appellations. With over 10 years of experience, Matthieu manages production while I focus on sales. Why natural and organic wines?

Simply because natural wines are the wines we love to drink! We find them more vibrant, with more depth and complexity. You could call it having an extra touch of soul! It's the whole natural philosophy that attracted us, from respecting the vine and exploring gentler farming methods to exclusively hand-harvesting. In the cellar, it's the philosophy of using minimal additives (for us, only a little SO2) to best reflect our terroir that motivates us and drives us to adapt to each vat, each vintage. The idea is to intervene when necessary to produce wines with integrity (mousey flavors, vol, etc., are not our style).

We want our wines to reflect who we are; we want them to be bursting with fruit, light, sunny, and full of life!
