The estate's first vines were planted in 1987, and Emmanuel took over from his father in 2004. A micro-parcel selection was carried out within the Clos, identifying two main types of clay-limestone soils: one Kimmeridgian, the other siderolithic. In the winery, vinification is done naturally and without sulfites. In the vineyard, biodiversity is preserved through beehives and agroforestry.
No orange wines at the moment.
