Estate created in 2001 certified Organic and Nature & Progress Emma and Philippe have never ceased to produce wines as close as possible to their terroir located at an altitude of 250m on shale and clay-limestone, the 7ha are cared for thanks to our preparations. based on plants (nettle, sage, horsetail, comfrey…) and essential oils and very low doses of copper and sulphur. The work of the soil is carried out for the narrow vines by horse and by hand and certain plots by tractor, the harvest is manual in boxes, our vinification in stainless steel metal jar or wood vats is carried out in indigenous yeast, no sulphites during the elaboration it will be added to the bare minimum bet.
