Clot de l'Oum

A 12-hectare family-run vineyard, producing organic wines since 2000. The vineyard is located on the slopes of the Fenouillèdes region, between the Agly and Têt valleys, on the eastern foothills of the Pyrenees, around the village of Bélesta. It is a high-altitude vineyard (between 400 and 700 meters) consisting primarily of old vines, trained using the traditional goblet method. The vines are not irrigated, they are harvested by hand, and the vines are tended in a way that promotes the development of the living soil layer (humus). Our wines are produced exclusively from the estate's organic grapes, according to the natural winemaking method. Their profile is characterized by: • A moderate alcohol content • An atypical minerality and freshness • Remarkable digestibility
