Located on the beautiful terroir of Aspiran, a small Languedoc village, the vineyard of 4Ha is conducted in organic farming and so as to promote the life of the soil: grassing mastered nature, use of purines, herbal teas and other preparations in addition to sulfur and Bordeaux mixture. The grapes are sorted and harvested by hand. In the cellar, fermentations are spontaneous (indigenous yeasts) and stimulated by pigeage, reassembly and / or shedding. The wines are clarified by racking. No filtration and sulphites used exceptionally.
