Nestled atop a hill, the Domaine overlooks the village of Cambremer, located in the heart of the Pays d'Auge region of Normandy. This village, classified as a "remarkable site of taste," gave its name to the only officially recognized cider vintage.
The estate covers 18 hectares of natural meadows, including 7.5 hectares of high-stem orchards, also known as open-air orchards. This extensive cultivation method, along with the use of local varieties, allows for the production of apples without any treatment.
Fréquin Rouge, Mettais, Saint Aubin, Binet Rouge, Domaine, Rambeau, here are some of the many varieties that constitute a remarkable living heritage and a raw material of great richness.
