Domaine familial de 4ha sur les terroirs de la Vallée de la Marne, s'il fallait résumer en un mot Drémont Marroy, il serait : salinité, le maître mot du Domaine. "Le Triau " étant la "plus" souple, avec ses 32 mois sur lattes par ses notes de fruits à chair jaunes et miélée le tout réhaussé d'une trame saline et salivante, elle ravira tous les palais. Triau, mot patois champenois désignant un lieu ou la nature reprend ses droits.
