Château Lassolle - Stéphanie Roussel

Stéphanie acquired her estate in 2002. The latter is planted with old vines (1947/1960) with traditional grape varieties from the Marmandais and the South-West (Abouriou, Cot, Fer, Syrah, Cabernet Franc, Cabernet Sauvignon and Merlot). Its wines come from a vine cultivated in a natural way. It does not use weedkillers, chemical fertilizers, or synthetic pesticides. In the vines as in the cellars, the use of machines is reduced to a minimum. Its philosophy: respect for the terroir and its typicity, taking into account the biological balance of soil life favoring the natural ecosystem, and, finally, reducing yields in favor of quality. In the cellar, she uses her own yeasts and of course no enzymes or other products that destroy the life of the wine.
