To date, we have 12 hectares of vines, and have started diversification into olive groves for the production of oil... 1 Ha is already planted. Our goal is to work in harmony with our environment, we try to create harmony between all the links in the chain of life: men, animals, plants and bacteria coexist in symbiosis to offer the purest wines. We work with 2 employees, no service companies are in our vineyards. We insist on it!! To date, we use thermal traction.
We use green manures, herbal teas and replant hedges and trees to give our vines a beautiful life.
We are certified Organic and Nature et Progrès. We have eliminated all oenological inputs since 2015 except sulfur, and for a few years now on some vintages we have been working without sulfur. We have reduced the size of the vineyard and we are moving 100% of our production to manual harvesting.
In the vineyard, we work with old Merlots, Cabernet Sauvignons and Francs, Malbec and Carménères and white grape varieties, Sémillon and Sauvignon.
No rose wines at the moment.
