Claude Delem - Jérémie Beauvois

Claud Delem is a small family estate created in 2023 following the acquisition of vineyards in Saint Martin de Gurson in Dordogne.

It covers a little over 10 hectares of vineyards, meadows, wooded and wild areas.

The vineyard, covering just over 6 hectares, is cultivated using organic farming methods (certified since 2019), and we also use plant-based preparations.

The grape varieties include Merlot, Cabernet Sauvignon, Cabernet Franc, Sauvignon Blanc and Gris.

In the winery, we extend the work done in the vineyards by vinifying as naturally as possible: little sulfur, indigenous yeasts, no use of products or techniques to correct the wines.

We currently offer four wines: sparkling natural, blouge, dry white, and red. Other wines will be added to the range in the coming months.
