Our family has been making wine in the same way for over a century, that is to say without chemicals, "like my grandfather did" said Alain Dupuy in 1995 while his son Gérard took the reins of the property and is applying for organic certification by Ecocert. The last 5 generations have succeeded each other in the quest for excellence, which is now reflected in our choice to turn to the precepts of biodynamics. In the vines, no pesticides are used, no weedkiller either, only natural fertilizers; biodynamic herbal teas are sprayed, nettle, horsetail. Attention is focused on the management of rainwater, on the biodiversity of fauna and flora, on living things. We use Génodics research to multiply the natural defenses of the plant; this type of treatment approaches quantum medicine and sends sound frequencies into the vines, based on earth frequencies. The vinification takes place at Château Beauséjour in Puisseguin (33). These are winegrowers' wines. Typical, full-bodied, tannic and warm wines.
