Le goût des autres

With a few friends, Antoine and Aurélie founded Caravin, an association offering natural wines in Felletin. It was as volunteer wine merchants, meeting winemakers and attending wine fairs, that their appetites were whetted...

...Until they, in turn, want to become winemakers:
First experimental plot of vines planted in 2020,

First vinification with the 2021 vintage, it was Âm, Strâm, Grâm...
...then Pîk, Epik, Ekôl, Egrâm in 2022...

Today, Le Goût des Autres continues to vinify grapes harvested from the four corners of France, while the two production plots continue to grow and should yield their first Creuse grapes in 2026...

All our vintages are vinified without any additives, 100% grapes. We source our wines from winegrower friends and friends of friends, who work organically at a minimum.
We carry out aging of varying durations (often between 4 and 10 months), in oak barrels and terracotta amphorae.

Certifications:
The trading activity is not certified, even though we buy organic grapes and vinify without additives.

We are making this choice largely for administrative simplification, as well as to offer a world where trust plays a role, and not just that of certifying bodies...
