Merlot, Grolleau 50/50. Ce vin est trop cool. Le grolleau vinifié dans la Loire, le merlot en macération carbonique chez Jonc Blanc en Dordogne. Les vignerons appellent ça un co-vin. Ils n'ont pas partagé le pain (copain) mais le vin. Fallait chercher celle-là. Et le résultat est super; équilibré, beau, facile et amical comme un grand sourire.
