Si on est au Petit Relais, c'est pour des vins comme celui-ci. On peut se dire le bla-bla technique, une macération de 15 jours cuve inox puis 3 moi d'élevage cuve béton. Mais c'est juste très très bon et étonnant, des arômes de romarin (!) c'est riche mais pas trop puissant. C'est du très bon travail.
