Très beau vin de la puissance du fruit

Lightly effervescent. Deep ink purple. Initially tastes of a strong resin (band-aid) followed by a alcohol hit which reminds me of a kirsch. Fruit is very black currant forward. Heavy spice notes of sage. After being open an hour, the wine has changed. Much more like a Lambrusco. Plus getting green olive brine, perhaps even a little pimento!!
