Christophe Lindenlaub

The Lindenlaub family has been cultivating vines in Alsace since 1759. Today, Christophe is the custodian of an estate of more than 10 hectares which extends over the hills of Dorlisheim and Mutzig.

In 2009, Christophe took the somewhat audacious step of converting all his vineyards to organic farming. He obtained AB certification in 2012. This was just the first step in a challenge Christophe had vowed to take on: learning to produce high-quality wines with the utmost respect for nature and the environment. He continued his approach by deciding to dedicate a portion of his plots to the production of natural wines. This gave rise to the Ensō range; vibrant wines that invite you to pause time and rediscover nature with every sip.
