Hommage à l’épouse de Barthélemy, devenue vigneronne pendant la guerre franco-prussienne en 1870. Un canon qui naît lui en 1996, sur une parcelle pré phylloxérique, élevage en fut de chêne centenaire pendant 10 mois. Poire et fruits exotiques, complexité, vineux, minéral et une profondeur incroyable, assurément un vin unique dans le bordelais !!
