Sébastien has been cultivating part of the vineyards on the family estate, Les Quarterons, in Sancerre, since 2004. These are old vines, plowed by horse and harvested at full maturity, some affected by botrytis. On barely 4 hectares, he cultivates the vines as he sees fit, in the most natural way possible. Winemaking is done without additives. Several hillsides offer very different soils. He opts for extended aging and offers several Sauvignon Blanc cuvées, from different parcels, as well as a Pinot Noir. The names are Lithuanian, the native language of his partner.
