The passion for wine and a solid training have enabled me to gain the trust of the group's winegrowers and the customers who have encouraged and supported me. to this post. Since 2014, I took the plunge and here I am a winegrower, certainly a weekend but a winegrower !! I am based in Chinon, I am learning the profession of the vine on a plot of half a hectare, I have opted for organic viticulture. For the rest of the range, it is the purchase of organic grapes. For the cellar part, this takes place in a troglodyte, the vinification is done in vats and the wines are aged in 500 liter barrels. My objective is to make a thirst-quenching wine "Serial Drinker" and terroir wines "Les Picasses" and "Clos Guillot" as well as a Chinon blanc. My wish is to please myself and to share it, consequently the company Les Mains Rouges remains on a human scale, the production does not exceed a few thousand bottles. The harvest and the conditioning are done with friends and family.
