The grape varieties are as follows: Trousseau, Poulsard, Chardonnay and Savagnin.
The soils of northern Jura are mostly Kimmeridgian marly limestones.
These are worked with two Comtois mares, Laïla and Dzaïla.
The juices are vinified, aged, and bottled without any additives or sulfites. The cuvées are made by plot, and therefore by soil type. The reds are often blends of Trousseau and Poulsard, and the whites are made from Chardonnay and Savagnin (since the vines are planted together).
