Trained as an engineer, Kenjiro found a magnificent estate in Grusse, near Lons-le-Saunier. He named it Domaine des Miroirs (Kagami means "mirror," and he likes the idea that his work reflects his image). He owns 1.5 hectares of Chardonnay, 1 hectare of Savagnin, 40 ares of Poulsard, and 20 ares of Trousseau. Vines he is proud of, full of flowers and herbs that he gathers for his own consumption. He vinifies in tanks and barrels, without sulfur.
