Didier Grappe is one of the great pioneers of natural wine in the Jura and one of the most fervent defenders of hybrid grape varieties in the region, vines which he considers to be part of the future of a more resilient and less interventionist viticulture.

The Didier and Jules Grappe estate, located in Saint-Lothain in the Jura region, is a family-run vineyard of approximately 4 hectares, cultivated organically. Didier and his son Jules produce natural, low-intervention wines from traditional Jura grape varieties and more resistant ones. Their approach prioritizes respect for the soil and the vines, allowing the terroir to express itself freely, resulting in authentic, vibrant, and unique wines.
