vinification et fermentation en Dolia du Pays Basque Un nez plaisant et net, et dès la mise en bouche, la sensation est toujours très agréables, fruitée et gourmande. La fin de bouche est signée d'une belle salinité. Je ne saurai que trop vous conseiller d'accompagner cette cuvée d'une belle aile de raie aux câpres. Se déguste dès à présent comme dans les 3 à 5 ans. Agriculture Biodynamique.
