A surprisingly deep and particular Aligoté, Zagara, pear juice, almond, cedar, brackish and iodized, spicy and rich in minerality. Fresh and carefree, overpowering acidity, its slightly peppery and markedly bitter finish allows for continuous compulsive drinking.
