As soon as I settled in, I began a transition to organic and natural farming, and I combined wine production with that of dry ciders, replanting orchards of old varieties of apples and pears. In the vineyard, I seek to be as protective as possible of the soil and living things. The soils are worked using light machinery, the work in the vineyard is done manually, and many auxiliary plants and trees have been planted to promote biodiversity and prepare treatment herbal teas.
