Independent Winegrowers in IGP Ardèche, we have been vinifying on the family wine estate since 1982. Our AB certification (ECOCERT certification) is only a step towards an even more serene viticulture, better and healthier wines, a greater pleasure in the work and tasting. Weed, low sulphite addition, spontaneous fermentations, respect of the trees surrounding the plots, vats heated with solar energy, cork and recycled cardboard ... our philosophy is coherent on the whole chain of production, in terms of energy, health, landscape maintenance and employment.
