Spread over an area of 4.5 ha, the vineyards feature a large number of rare grape varieties from Isère, such as Verdesse, Servanin, Persan, Etraire, and Douce Noire.
The vineyard and winery work adheres to organic farming standards and is certified by Ecocert. Treatments are based on copper, sulfur, and plants. The soils are partially covered with cover crops. Fermentation occurs spontaneously with indigenous yeasts, with sulfites added primarily at bottling (depending on the vintage). The wine is aged for 10 to 12 months with minimal intervention, using barrels, stoneware eggs and amphorae, and stainless steel tanks.
