Created in 2015, the estate is located on the glacial moraine slopes of Voironnais (Isère), in the communes of La Buisse, Saint-Jean de Moirans and Saint-Cassien, at the foot of the Chartreuse and Vercors mountain ranges. Spread over an area of 4.5 hectares, the grape varieties give pride of place to rare Isère grape varieties, such as Verdesse, Servanin, Persan, Etraire and Douce Noire.
The work of the vineyard and the cellar meet the specifications of organic farming and is certified by Ecocert. Treatments based on copper, sulfur and plants. Partial grassing of the soil. Spontaneous fermentation by indigenous yeasts, sulfuring mainly at bottling (depending on the conditions of the vintage). Aging for 10 to 12 months, as little intervention as possible, using barrels, eggs and stoneware jars, stainless steel vats.
