Small vineyard created by Nadia Beaune located in the Forez (42).
The cellar is located in the hills above Marcilly-le-Châtel at an altitude of 650 meters. The estate comprises 2 hectares of Gamay Saint-Romain, 0.2 hectares of Seibel 54/55, and one hectare of Souvignier Gris planted in 2022. The soil is worked using a rototiller and a pickaxe. The terroir is volcanic, granitic, and basaltic. Certified and inspected by ECOCERT, the estate practices biodynamic viticulture. The grapes are brought into the cellar in the healthiest possible condition, and sorting takes place in the vineyard during the manual harvest. No additives or sulfites are used. The wine is neither fined nor filtered; it is 100% grapes.
