Domaine Les Souriants

Domaine Maxime Troncy, created in 2013 has become "Les Souriants" since the association with Damien Polosse, my brother-in-law in 2021 It is therefore as a family that we work our vines, certified in Organic Agriculture since 2018. No chemical weed killer is used and we limit the intake of copper and sulfur with nettle, horsetail and comfrey manure. In vinification, we use no input and the addition of sulphites is only carried out if there is a real need. Our cuvées are vinified with the aim of making authentic wines, of pleasure and sharing, for the conviviality and the smile of those who drink them!
